What's in your 21 Day Pilates Intro ($129)

1. Small group induction session

Your first visit is calm and unhurried.

You’ll be welcomed into a very small group (1–8 people) where your trainer takes time to talk through concerns, injuries and goals.

You’ll be guided through the studio, the equipment and what to expect... so nothing feels intimidating or rushed.

In this session you'll be able to book in your 3 beginner sessions, get any help figuring out the app and ask all your questions.

2. Three Beginner Pilates classes

Feel your body strengthen through small, supportive classes with 2–8 people maximum.

You’ll be guided carefully, offered individual options and encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

This is about building confidence — not pushing through discomfort.

3. We set you up properly

We’ll book your sessions with you and help with any tech or booking questions on the spot.

You’ll know exactly where to go, what to do and what to expect.

Meet Sophie, studio owner at c10

Hi there, from our little corner of Warners Bay.

If you’re here, chances are you’re looking for movement that actually feels good. Something supportive, calm and respectful of the body you have today.

That’s exactly the kind of space we’ve worked hard to create at c10 Reformer Pilates in Warners Bay.

Over the years, my team and I have worked with women of every stage of life and seen what can happen when the right kind of guidance meets the right kind of care.

That’s why our classes stay small, why we pay attention and why you’ll never be treated like just another body on a machine.

We laugh a lot here, we take things at a pace that feels human and we focus on building strength you can feel in everyday life.

Start with us and you won’t be rushed or overlooked — you’ll be supported, encouraged and genuinely looked after.

I can’t wait to welcome you in.

💛 Calm • Supportive • Expert-led

Movement doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
It can feel steady, supported and right for where you are now.

Got Questions? We’ve got answers

What is Reformer Pilates and why might it suit me more than mat Pilates?

Reformer Pilates gives you extra support and resistance so you can build strength without stressing your wrists, knees or back. With straps, springs and an elevated carriage, the exercises feel smoother, safer and more achievable for every body.

I haven’t exercised in a while. Is Reformer Pilates safe for beginners?

Absolutely. We tailor every move, offer gentle modifications and keep classes small so you feel supported from the moment you walk in. You’ll build confidence, strength and comfort at a pace that feels right for you.

What makes c10 different from other studios in Warners Bay?

We keep classes small, personalise every session and make sure you’re never just a number in the room. The heart of c10 is our warm, encouraging community that makes moving your body feel enjoyable, doable and genuinely fun. Our members  say “Love finally finding a studio that I feel safe and comfortable at (even if over 60) classes are fun and i always feel challenged in a safe way” Kerry

How do I get to the studio?

We’re at 3/335 Hillsborough Rd, Warners Bay. Enter through the Baby Bunting driveway, head to the second complex and park near Advanced Physiotherapy — we’re right next door.

What should I wear to class?

Comfy exercise clothes and grip socks. If you forget socks or need a pair, we’ve got grippy ones available in the studio.

What’s the difference between Clinical Reformer and regular Reformer?

Clinical Reformer moves at a slower pace and is ideal if you’re new, managing pain or rebuilding confidence. You’ll learn proper technique and safe core engagement with close instructor attention so every movement feels supported.

Will I be the oldest person in the class?

Maybe — but you won’t feel it. Our classes are welcoming, low-pressure and full of women who care more about feeling good than comparing ages.

How much do classes cost? Do you have intro offers?

We have a range of packs and memberships to suit your goals and routine. If you’re new, start with our 21-Day Intro Offer to get comfortable, build momentum and feel the difference.

What’s your cancellation policy?

To keep classes running smoothly, please cancel at least 6 hours before your session. Late cancellations simply forfeit the pass.

What’s your refund policy?

All sessions and packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, towel and grip socks — plus whatever mood you’re in. We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I bring my husband?

Definitely. Plenty of our members bring their partners, and they love the strength, mobility and connection it adds to their week.
