REFORMER PILATES

Small group Reformer Pilates with a maximum of 6 people per class. We take a clinical approach which perfect for those managing pain, returning from injury, pre and post natal or those that have never done reformer pilates before. Our classes are all inclusive and suited to those of all levels. Duration: 45 minutes.

REFORMER STRETCH

Reformer Stretch is a 45 minute class designed to increase flexibility, range of motion and help ease those aches and pains. Using the reformer, this restorative class combines gentle movements along with a series of both dynamic and static stretches designed to release muscle tension and increase mobility. 

This open level class is suited for all fitness levels. Pre and post natal clients.

MUMS & BUBS

Our Mums and Bubs program is designed for mums who have had a baby in the last 12 months.  The primary focus will be on recovery, rehabilitation and increasing your strength and fitness. Our classes are run by a fully qualified pilates instructor who specialises in post natal exercise. We do ask that you have medical clearance from your GP or obstetrician that it's safe for you to return to physical activity before attending class. 
Babies are welcome up to 12 months of age.

REFORMER HIIT

Our Reformer HIIT classes are fun, high-energy & a full body workout with some added spice to it. Designed for those that would like the extra challenge with a fast-paced cardio workout while incorporating the reformer and sometimes sprinkled with the jump board throughout the class. You will feel the burn, work up a sweat and have an incredible workout.

CLINICAL REFORMER

Our clinical Pilates class aim is to give you a great workout, increase your strength, improve your posture and help with balance & stability. Our wonderful instructors can make your workout as challenging or gentle as it needs to be to achieve the best outcome for you.
